Our Auction features popular items, including fine wines, travel and vacation rentals, event tickets, and tours. The Commandery receives 100% of the final bid amount for each privately donated item and you will receive a tax letter for each donation that sells at auction. Auction proceeds support programs for Bay Area wounded veterans – in many cases the Commandery is a very significant source of financial support for these fine groups.

A Three-Night Stay at Lava Lake Ranch
Near Sun Valley, Idaho
A rare opportunity to stay at Lava Lake, a historic sheep and cattle ranch on the Oregon Trail in Idaho’s Pioneer Mountains, just 90 minutes from the resort town of Sun Valley. Your group will “glamp” in style in a furnished yurt and charming covered wagons, with a modern bath house. Gourmet local provisions will be provided for the first evening’s dinner, including grass-fed Lava Lake Lamb, which has been featured over two decades in the New York Times, Sunset Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, Sun Valley Magazine, Oprah, and others.
Lava Lake Ranch is home to the Lava Lake Injured Veterans Equine Program, which has welcomed injured veterans for more than a decade thanks to the generosity and financial support of the Order of St. John, San Francisco Commandery.
